The Chugiak-Eagle River Senior Center offers an Assisted Living Program featuring 20 elegantly designed, private, and spacious apartments. Each unit provides 24-hour care for individuals requiring assistance in a nurturing environment. The ALP delivers a unique blend of housing, personalized assistance, and healthcare tailored for those needing help with daily living activities. Supportive services are available to address both scheduled and unscheduled needs, ensuring residents maintain maximum dignity and independence while involving their family and friends.

Our Assisted Living Program is specifically designed for seniors who wish to enjoy residential living while receiving support with daily activities such as medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and dining. Beyond basic assistance, our program emphasizes personalized care. With the support of licensed staff available around the clock, residents benefit from customized service plans that enhance their independence and encourage participation in activities fostering socialization and friendships.

Each apartment is thoughtfully designed to include a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a large walk-in closet. The interiors feature carpeting throughout, with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom, and all units comply with ADA standards.
