Adult Day Service

Welcome to our Adult Day Service Program!

Our Adult Day Service (ADS) program offers a structured, comprehensive, non-residential experience that provides a range of health, social, and supportive services in a safe environment.


Designed for adults dealing with physical frailty, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, brain injuries, developmental disabilities, and more, our program is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all participants.

Adult Day Service Application

Here's what you can expect from our ADS program:

Engaging daily activities, including crafts, music, and exercise.

Assistance with activities of daily living tailored to individual needs.

Supervision levels adjusted according to each participant's requirements.

Our ADS program operates Monday through Friday and provides transportation for clients residing in the Chugiak-Eagle River area. Transportation to our Adult Day programs is available through the Chugiak-Eagle River Senior Center.

Enjoy nutritious snacks and a full lunch meal provided daily, ensuring your loved ones are well taken care of throughout their time with us.

Thanks to a grant from the Alaska Commission On Aging, we offer a sliding fee scale for qualifying seniors, making our services accessible to all.
