Anchorage Thrift Trip - June 5th @ 10:30AM Thrift Store Shopping is BACK on Thursdays and going to Anchorage! Join CERSC as we head to town for our monthly thrift store run. Laughter and fun is always our main goal! Bingo Extravaganza! Adult Day Services - June 9th @ 1:30PM Get ready for a fantastic afternoon of fun and games at either of our FREE Bingo event on June 9th hosted by the Eagle River Sleeping Lady Mountain Lions Club. Deadline to RSVP for July Portage Glacier Trip We must provide a full list of folks who are attending the July Portage Glacier Trip by June 12th. Please RSVP to the office with your name, birthday, and contact info by noon on June 12th! Chugiak Chinooks Baseball - Thursday, June 12th & Tuesday, June 17th @ 5:30PM Ready for America’s past time?? The Chugiak Chinooks are a local baseball team just around the corner from the Center. Recycle Sale - June 13th @ 9:30AM Join us for a fun outing down the road to the United Methodists Community Recycle Sale event hosted every month! You set your own prices and there are absolutely deals to be had, don’t miss out! Summer Ice Cream Social - June 20th @ 1:15PM Ready to kick off the first official day of summer with some cool treats and great company? Hang around after lunch for the festivities! If it’s raining, we will have the event inside. Valley Thrift Trip - June 26th @ 10:30AM Love thrift store shopping but prefer the Valley over the big city? Well we have you covered! Join us as we head to the valley for a thrift store run with all the classic stops!

Potters Marsh Field Trip – May 8 th @ 10:30AM Come enjoy the beauty of spring with a scenic outing to Potter Marsh, one of Anchorage’s premier wildlife viewing spots. Stroll along the accessible boardwalk, take in breathtaking views of the wetlands and Chugach Mountains, and keep an eye out for moose, migratory birds, and other local wildlife. It’s a perfect opportunity to connect with nature, snap some great photos, and enjoy the fresh Alaskan air. All are welcome—we hope to see you there! Just dial 2-1-1 and then leave your name and phone number. You will receive a call back to set up an appointment. Thrift Store Shopping – April 18 th @ 10:30AM Thrift Store Shopping is BACK! Join CERSC as we head to town for our monthly thrift store run. Laughter and fun is always our main goal! We might also make a stop for ice cream, so you will want to sign up for this one! Mobile Mammography – April 26 th beginning @ 8:00AM If you are a woman over 40 and due for your annual screen mammogram, give Providence Imaging Center a call at (907)-212-3151 to schedule this important 20-minute test. This free event is open to the public, so come dressed in your favorite 1950s attire and prepare to party! We will have light foods, drinks, music, and a lot of fun! The Alaska Veterans Museum honors the sacrifices of servicemen and servicewomen, with exhibits showcasing Alaska's rich military history through artifacts, oral histories, and stories. Zumba Gold Class Enjoy a fun low intensity workout striving to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and heart health, while dancing to International Music. Instructed by Elly Frey and Judith Lindenfelser.
